ACCOMMODATION
The Tom Roberts Adventure Centre comprises: 22 acres of farmland with a range of farm buildings, plus a Farmhouse for a resident Centre Manager.
There are plans to upgrade the existing buildings and in the long-term to build new ones.
Dining Room:
- Seating capacity of 45/50.
- A large run of work surfaces/floor and wall cupboards.
- A tall freezer, 2 small fridges and a small freezer, plate-warming cupboard, 3 microwaves
- Comprehensive range of kitchen utensils.
Utility Room:
- Double drainer double bowl sink (H&C water).
- Domestic washing machine and dishwasher.
- Tall fridge.
Kitchen:
- Large 5 ring electric cooker with double oven.
- Fridge/Microwaves/Hot water boiler.
- Sink unit/H&C water and work tops for food preparation
Sleeping Accommodation(Indoor):
- Hay Loft (5 adults in single beds)
- 2 berth and a 4 berth caravan.
- 3 Bedroom Mobile Home.

Toilets:
- Female (3), Male (2 urinal and 3 toilets) with washbasins (H&C) and heating for cold weather.
- Showers - two male, two female.
Tents:
- 5 x 2/3 person Challenger
- 1 x large family (5/6 person)
- 5 x 8 person Igloo/Pod style
- 1 x 6 person Leaders

Camping/Activity Fields:
- 1.5 acre field suitable for a wide range of outdoor activities/camping with "zip wire" and camp Fire area/wood store.
- 4 acre field with 5-a-side football facilities, 11-a-side football pitch, volleyball and badminton courts, swing bridge across ditch and misc assault course equipment
- Leisure Pool (for 2009)
Sunken outdoor pool on patio, pool diameter 5.4 metres (18 feet), depth 90cm (3 feet)
Sports Barn
The Dutch Barn doubles up as a Sports Venue/Meeting Barn and Sleeping Quarters offering:
- Unencumbered concrete floor area of 183m² (13m x 14m) kitted out for a wide range of indoor sports – football, table tennis, volleyball, skittles alley, badminton, snooker, pool, dart boards, basketball, air hockey, etc.
- Further area of 105 m² (14m x 7.5m) for sleeping or further sports, meeting or activity area.
